10 ways to release anger


(1) Bang on drum. 
 (2) Acknowledge what made you feel angry. 
 (3) Talk about it.
 (4) 10 Deep breathes, Inhale & Exhale.
 (5) Scream it out.
 (6) Clap your hands together. 
 (7) Listen to music and sing along.
 (8) Dance it out. 
 (9) Channel it into something you wish to create. 
 (10) Just sit still with it, and observe it. I use to suppress my anger, thinking it wasn't okay to express my lower emotions. the truth of the matter is that when you suppress you allow it to build up and it creates a mask. Learn to appreciate your emotions. Each emotion is a teacher and your body is the student.
