(1) Silence Sit or lay in pure silence. for about 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes at night.
(2) Yoga
Start off with 5 minutes once a week and work your way into a long time.
(3) Journal
Free write just to get a pencil and piece of paper and pour out everything that comes to mind, don't force it just let it flow.
(4) Breathwork
Sit up straight deep breathe in all the way to your stomach, count to 6 as you breathe in and breath out on 7. repeat 5 times.
(5) Nature walk
Take a 10-minute walk. look around at your surroundings.
(6) Be still
Lay down on the floor in silence with your feet relaxed, hands facing up, and eyes closed for 12 minutes.
(7) Dancing
Put on some drum music and feel the beat. release for 15 minutes.
(8) Painting
Get a canvas, paint, and get loose.
(9) Puzzle
Go to a dollar store and get a puzzle.

Clean out your home, car
