Managing day to day stress in every environment

 


Managing stress in a fast past culture has anxiety at an all-time high because we are not in alignment with the ecosystem. Cars get us to where we need to go faster but also fill the air with pollution that leads us to feel suffocated. There are many creations that have our heads spinning in clouds of toxic chemicals. We are not living with mother earth but instead living on top of mother earth humanity has lost the connection with spirit. And needs to make the choice to become aware of the joy in the present moment has technology brainwashed us or has it made things easier? Is it possible that this day and age of instant gratification has destroyed a generation, leading to a reblouis cause just to be proudly arrogant with no patience, guidance, and or structure? I lived in the city my whole life and it's a none stop-go, go, go 24 hours a day! Nothing closing. Without proper teaching in moderation this show how more and more the generation detaches from their own emotions causing them to feel alienated and not welcome in the world or to experience its beauty. Many have lost their birthright which is the abundance found in every moment. Becoming aware of this anxiety and facing it head-on is important. Most people on Medicaid temporarily fix alcohol, weed, and sex using whatever they can to distract them selfs from them selfs. Fight back and stand up for yourself.


  • Do one thing at a time

  • Focus on your breathing throughout the day

  • Focus on your poster when you're sitting down

  • Listen to your body when you're having a conversation with someone

  • Take time to stretch

  • Go out for a nature walk

  • Give your body time to digest

  • Give your mind time to digest

  • Check your hormone balance

  • Journal your emotions daily 

  • Set reminders to sit in silence

  • get up an hour earlier so you can start your day centered on peace
